You do not need to have so much experience but you have to (be already) familiar with the Internet community environment.

If you wish, you can also include the following information with your reply.

* Previous moderating experience (if any)
* Web development experience
* Any other relevant information such as mailing list management, newsletter, ...etc.

These are the part-time volunteer positions.

Hey, perhaps yoyu can give me some advice! A few months ago, I created a group on Yahoo- you can see what is it all about at  http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Hearts_across_the_world/
The problem is that i don;'t know exactly what should I do! Can anyoune tell me what is a moderator's job, please?

The basic function and purpose of the moderator is to help dassk web site for directing forum proceedings. The moderator will be working with forum team to identify gaps and challenges as a result of the forum, encouraging discussion and audience participation, moderating the break-out sessions as require, everyone helping this website should be always organized and cooperated.
