If you like it or not - that's exactly what you need to get heard in todays world. Protesting "against the system" does not lead anywhere. Use the modern methods of marketing and win your case - nothing against that. Get todays big voices for support. Get Nelson Mandela, other Nobel Price Winners but also celebrities to support the case. Get Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt (did anybody try?), get Gisele Bündchen and Leonardo de Caprio to support you, and you are heard. I know some of you do not like that - but do not protest against Chevron, it does not change much. Get the big corporations to sign up - imagine IBM, Pfizer or Daimler support a free Burma / Myanmar. Make them understand that standing up now will free up unbelievable opportunities for the future. Make them understand that it will increase their future market share significantly if they now raise their voice. Perhaps crazy, but imagine the market share of a Volkswagen / VW Lupo special edition Aung Suu Kyi if the system changes (and people can afford!)

Nyaine Chun:
Thanks for the suggestion. All Nobel Prize Winners and almost every world leaders are also supporting the freedom and they have been calling for the release of all political prisoners and meaningful political dialog. The protests and online multimedia campaigns like these will keep growing to pressure the companies and regime. That is what my understanding of protesting against the regime’s system for the change. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have even been to Burmese refugees’ camp in Thailand.

Giant companies like Chevron and Total will not hear the people's cries until they get the warning signal from the regional leader, China.

Business owners live on their prediction. The game of Burma is totally unfair. That helps them easily predicted the ‘’long standing regime’’ as a winner and support them for their future stability. Like Thailand leaders, they afraid to openly support freedom for Burma because they scare that regime might cancel the Gas pipeline contract which giving electricity to Bangkok City. They do help us for shelter and so on but their supportive voice for the regime is ‘BAD FOR THE FUTURE’. Burmese people and the people around the World will never forget those who ignoring the crimes knowingly. In reality, regime is losing the game although they have guns in their hands.

Same things happening in Burma since 1962 but there was not much YouTube or VJ to bring the truth to get the attention from World community, until 2007protest and nargis cyclone. We now have the World standing by us. That did not happen before. We found plenty of new friends from all around the world while we are witnessing of those who destroying beautiful country and very lovely culture. I am not making this up. Burma was the best country in South East Asia before.

I hope Jim Webb would well-prepared for all the possible tricky talk before meeting the junta.

The regime will be gone for sure if we keep our faith and raise our movements. They must be gone very soon.
