According to the *taxi driver who picked John William Yettaw up at the airport on May 2nd “John did not swim to Aung San Suu Kyi’s home”, John was dropped off at the gate of Suu Kyi’s home.

Then the cabbie witnessed as John showed the guards a red document then was allowed to enter the compound where he donned flippers, got wet and pretended to swim across the lake and lied to Suu Kyi’s caretakers. According to John Yettaw’s wife, John was incapable of swimming since he suffered asthma and diabetes. He was also a very timid and fearful man according to his wife. The whole accounting is a fabrication from Naypyidaw to find an excuse to keep Aung Suu Kyi in jail.

With the level of security around Suu Kyi’s home it was all but impossible for anyone to enter her compound or even swim in the vicinity. But if you had permission from the junta you could move around with no restrictions. Either John was extorted somehow or he got a handsome financial reward for working with the junta. It’s a far cry from being a student of psychology. As we speak absolutely everything about John Yettaw is being dissected and his finances will surely be most reveling if there is any intercessions or unusual activity.

If the cabbies accounting is correct, John W. Yettaw will have to answer to US and International authorities on numerous charges including perpetrating fraud, conspiracy, human rights violations and violating US Government sanctions by working with the junta. He will also earn the honor of being one of the most hated men on every continent on the planet.

The desperate Gen. Than Shwe just keeps digging himself a deeper hole as he acts like a man possessed as the 2010 elections draw closer. But it is to no avail since the world has already determined this election to be a sham and a hoax. The only people Than Shwe will convince are his ardent followers who’ve cashed in their morality for the hard currency they enjoy under his regime.

Many of them are international corporations and now more than ever it is time to revel all the players who finance Than Shwe’s bloody military junta. It is time to expose the individuals around the world who are lining their pockets with Than Shwe’s blood money. Some of them are affluent, wealthy society people.

Never before has the plight of Burma come into focus as has today. Than Shwe is making blunder after blunder as he tries to rally support for his bogus election. Now he has to do some major damage control since this latest antic has gotten the attention of the world and on all levels. Already many generals are completely at a loss for words as they find themselves in the fish bowl of world opinion. They are coming to realize that the game is all over in Burma. With words like defection, coup and assassination on their lips these days it’s only a matter of time before a consortium of generals make a move. Making deals and pining for immunity is also on their lips and when the rats abandon ship there will be plenty of witnesses to the inner workings of Than Shwe’s crime regime.

It just did not make sense that someone could simply swim to Aung San Suu Kyi’s home anyway.

Another aspect to consider is the fact the junta hurriedly replaced the security guards after the incident in an attempt to erase as many clues as possible. John William Yettaw did not swim across the lake. This was just a junta ploy. For the sake of justice we are publishing this true accounting for the world to see as Aung San Suu Kyi goes to trial. I would also like to express my sincerest appreciation to the taxi driver who bravely informed us of this true account.

This is very interesting story "again". This is something that everyone should look into. Mr. John needs to be honest. United States Authorities should seriously involve in this issue. The people has no chance to discuss or communicate with the SPDC. This is the entire Burma country cause and it could become the solution too.

My concerns are:

- If this is a pre-setup, why SPDC did not use their pro junta group to take care of it instead of using the regular taxi driver? Or, as usual, their driver broke the promise?

- He tried to see Daw Suu on his own? I really doubt it because a foreigner entry to Burma is closely monitored at all time. Especially for Daw Aung San Suu Kyi house. May be their story was not started as planned or something?

- If he went there himself with taxi, I don't know how he got the red card to show at the gate. Story went wrong in the middle? Then, SPDC found him inside the gate later and create this story because he was supposed to be dropped at the back of the house near by the lake in the late evening so no one can see and he can wet himself with water?

I just want the peace between SPDC and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi as soon as possible.

I was wondering about this, but had heard no more.

Indeed, more information is required. Truth, however, is not something with which la règle générale fausse Than Shwe can be accused and convicted.

What would prompt such conduct by the American? Is the motivation in some way a consequence from the similar incident a year earlier?

Exactly, I think the trick somehow becomes weaker. Daw Suu's witnesses (REAL PHYSICAL / EYES WITNESSES) are being rejected and even denied from coming to the court. Mr. Ban is going to be there. I think that is why they are now trying to put up Mr. John Yettaw's first time visit as huge additional issue. He did go through the SPDC security that time too.

I don't know how he got the visa and come into the country from the beginning. No one was allowed to see her.

I already knew it a sham. Videos seem real too. I wonder how the US embassy interviewed John Yettaw.

The key two witnesses are rejected. They are in so hurry because their story has been told to people who has unrestricted internet access. Will Ban be met with head of SPDC?

junta's 10 Steps to Extend House Arrest for Daw Aung San Suu Kyi

Nga Than Shwe's Simple 10 Steps to Extend House Arrest for DASSK

1. Sent Yettaw in November 2008 (but as DASSK reported, first attempt was failed)
2. Ordered (secretly) authorities, not to put Yettaw name in the black list to let him enter Myanmar again
3. Issued visa for Yettaw (although DASSK reported about him, and known Yettaw is a committed criminal)
4. Sent Yettaw to border area before enter Myanmar in May 2009 and let him meet with activists so that he can accuse there is connection with activists
5. Let him enter Myanmar without arrest at Yangon International Airport (although DASSK reported about him, and known Yettaw is a committed criminal)
6. Let Yettaw swim the Inya Lake and enter the DASSK's house among a numbers of police
7. Arrested Yettaw after came back from DASSK's house
8. Arrested Dr.TinMyo Win in order to fail DASSK's report to authority
9. Use out-dated and abolished act from 1974 constitution to sue DASSK
10. Sentence 18 months and keep DASSK again in house arrest to cover 2010 election.

Though 3 years fake order and reduce 18 months to gain his name, unfortunately everybody know his trick and get more angry because of his ka lein ka kyit and shameless decision. If he simply orders 18 months, people's angry would be less than this. Because of his fake kindness mixed with his bullies, people get more angry.

Yettaw may not even understand well with this trick.

My Aunt from the hospital he went on, said to me that no real doctor was allowed to see him. He was treated in a room with the assigned group. His acts were noticable too. Humm, I don't know how long we have to wait see the freedom in our country. We are in the hands of evils so if we don't fight, we will not win. Why UN can't over write the China and Russia veto?

Now Yettaw goes home; Daw Suu goes back to house arrest; and Sad Than Shwe chuckles at finally getting even for 27 May 1990.

Now Mr. Yettaw is leaving after fulfilled his duty to the GOD like he said couple of days ago. Per the tricky exchange talk with Mr. Jim Webb, junta gets a reasonable chance to release Mr. Yettaw (as part of the deal??) and also gains the Tourist business opportunity back as Daw Aung San Suu Kyi dropped it from opposing today.

Jim met the representatives of 10 political parties and Sr. Gen Than Shwe this morning separately in regime’s capital Nay Pyi Taw and flew back to Rangoon to meet with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi in the State Guest House at Sein Lae Kan Thar. He has plan to visit Shwedagon Pagoda in the evening and also meeting with UMFCCI (Union of Myanmar Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry) members tomorrow morning.

US Senator Jim Webb’s request to meet with jailed 88 generation student leaders has been rejected, and it is not sure whether junta will favor his second request to meet with U Win Tin and U Khin Maung Swe.

I hope Jim understands that Yettaw would be released regardless. He was pulled to act in this story. During the trail, junta put him on the hospital (special closed room) very frequently. That was to grow the reasons to keep him away from story. That is “give and take” with the regime for his appreciation. Mr. Yettaw will be faced more serious investigations and interrogations after he arrived in his country. I hope he will have a chance to speak the true before anyone shut him up to keep the secrets.

I congratulate Mr. Jim Webb for his visit. I see this progress positively as I always do (at the start). I hope Jim Webb won’t be used for just to pick up John Yettaw, and favoring regime wrongfully by easing the sanctions and such.

Here are the wrap-up main facts of US Senator Jim Webb's visit.

Gathered from his press conference:

These are the main facts from the Senator’s press conference.

Jim Webb -

Part of my 5 nation visit as my capacity of East Asia Pacific expressed my warmest greetings to Birmese people, and again expressed my admiration to Burmese, whose days are long, majestic and difficult history.

Thanks to the members of your government for arranging meeting for me. So I am better understand the issue that we need to be working in the future.
We had many discussion with over the past 2 ½ days.

3 request I made during the meetings with SG Than Shwe:

1. To release Yettaw. But I am not going to apologize for his action. I believe that it was good gesture for your government to our country for humanitarian reasons to allow his to go back to his family.
2. To visit ASSK. I had visited and during my visit I convey my respect for ASSK for sacrifices that she has made over the years in the cause of democracy.
3. I hope the government reconsider to release ASSK and allowing her to participate in the political process.

Listen to BBC today's morning news (August 16). You will hear the message from US Foreign Ministry. They said Jim's trip was his own. He did not take any special message from the President Obama Administration. He may not clearly understand this made up story. I hope that they took the Yettaw away from junta in order to make a good case against regime for this fake story. I hope Yettaw will say the truth to help Burma. Other than that, Jim's visit to me is just a waste because junta was already planning to let go Yettaw or put on the hospital for long time. We will never upset American but hope to see American government to use this opportunity to find out the reality and end this regime in Burma.

Jim came to pick John up from the regime. Even though if Jim did not go there, the regime would still let John Yettaw go as of the deal that they made to extend Daw Suu's house arrest. You are correct. That was why Yettaw was put on and off to the hospital. Jim Webb applied Myanmar visa since May 2009 but the regime hold it up by the reason of ongoing trial.

Nothing is going to make problem between Burmese people and Americans. This is the individual issue. I also hope that US took the Yettaw back to US for serious trial with investigation by the US court. I think Yettaw will open up a true story. US has better justice system. I hope his family members will also find out and bring the truth to free Burma. If this was a setup then, this can be a solid solution to end the junta and also kick the China ties from Burma land. No one can hide the truth.

There were too many bugging devices (sound and picture recorders) inside the huge flower desk. I hope he received important signals from Daw Suu during the “a few minutes” meeting.

I agree you always see things in positive first. Like somebody say, I also hope the result of his trip will kick the China sucker out from Burma. That may not be easily happened because so far, “Myanmar junta is the one who is accomplishing goals by fooling and twisting on the US and UN paths”.

John went in to dassk’s house in 2008 but he was reported and deported from the country but the regime did let him back in this year. He knocked dassk house from the back door in the dark evening and said he chose the evening in order to avoid anyone from seeing him swimming in the lake. I want to see him swimming in a kids’ swimming pool even with the water bottle or pillow that he said he used to float.

Jim’s visit will be more meaningful if US court put John Yettaw on serious trial in USA. I just wish him to be questioned by “many” lawyers. I don’t wish him to be jailed or punished. Please help us America!
